Handling & Packaging

  • All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
  • Our handcrafted and natural wood products may vary slightly in size, shape, or grain pattern — these variations are normal and part of their unique character.

Delivery Charges & Additional Fees

  • Standard delivery charges apply based on your location and order size.
  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring staircase climbing or other special handling.
  • If staircase climbing is necessary, our delivery team will inform you of the extra fee in advance.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. Actual delivery dates may vary due to third-party courier schedules, peak seasons, or unforeseen delays.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates but will do our best to meet your preferred timing where possible.

Responsibility for Delivery

  • We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time through our trusted delivery partners.
  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package upon delivery.
  • If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place (where possible) or reschedule delivery according to their policy.
  • Once the parcel is delivered to the address provided and confirmed by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or accidental damage that occurs after delivery has been completed.

Damage in Transit

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any damage, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement if applicable.
  • Claims for damage reported after this period may not be accepted.

Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
  • Any additional charges for re-delivery due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.

Combined Deliveries & Returns

  • If you have an approved return and a new purchase, we may combine your delivery and return pick-up in one trip where possible to reduce costs and packaging waste. Please contact us to arrange this in advance.
  • All returns must comply with our Return Policy — please review it before submitting a return request.
