At Simple Palette, we want you to love every piece you bring home. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how our return policy works:

Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any damage, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement if applicable.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use.

Natural & Handcrafted Variations

Many of our products are made from natural materials and are carefully handcrafted. Please note:

  • Knots, grain patterns, color variations, or minor natural marks are part of the wood’s unique character and are not considered defects.

  • As each piece is handcrafted, slight differences in size, shape, or finish may occur — this is what makes every Simple Palette piece one-of-a-kind.

  • These natural and handmade features will not qualify for returns.

How to Request a Return

  1. Submit a return request directly on the product page or your order history page within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos showing the condition of the item if needed.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if your item is eligible for return.

  4. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping & Delivery Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If you have a next purchase and delivery planned, your return shipping cost or additional delivery cost may be waived or combined with your next delivery, where possible. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.


Replacements & Store Credits

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you may request a replacement with the same or a similar item, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit or offer an agreed alternative.

  • Change of Mind: For change-of-mind returns (unused items returned within 7 days), we do not offer cash refunds or replacements. Instead, you will receive a store credit to use on your next purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos — we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
